Homepages has two levels of service, Homepages Standard and Homepages Plus. Details of these two levels
follow, but, in a nutshell, Homepages Standard lists your entire property portfolio in short form as you
would in a property newspaper, and Homepages Plus lists the details to the same level of detail as you would
on the printed property particulars that you would send out by post.
The Homepages Standard Service
Using the Homepages Standard Service, all your properties will be included on the Homepages website,
which is rapidly becoming ‘The property section of the Internet’. Details are shown short form, as in
the example above. Homebuyers can search by location, price and number of bedrooms to view a list of
matching properties.
For each property we will show the following details:
- Your logo
- The location of the property, in your words
- A thumbnail photo of the property
- The price
- The number of bedrooms, bathrooms and reception rooms
- 3 'star' points and
- A short descriptive paragraph.
In addition to the targeted search, the standard service will offer:
- An entry on our ‘Agents’ page allowing people to search just your portfolio of properties.
- A page for each property showing a full sized picture, property details and useful links
- A link to any existing web site and sample code to add a search facility to your site
- Automatic notification to you via fax (or E-mail) when a homebuyer registers interest in
one of your properties, within minutes, giving their name, address and telephone number
We maintain the database and keep it up to date from the property details.
All you need to do is keep us informed of additions, deletions and amendments
so that we can keep the information up-to-date. We enter your property
information direct from your paper details, although we can also accept
floppy disks or email if you have the details on a computer already.
Data Entry
It is our priority to ensure the information on our site is completely accurate and up-to-date.
We will accept the information in whatever format is easiest for you. This could be a download from
a standard property management package or on paper – whatever makes most sense for you.
For information requiring re-keying, we eliminate worries about accuracy of information and the Property
Misdescriptions Act by having strict procedures and quality checks at all stages. Once the data is received
and logged, it is input not once, but twice – by different people. The information is then compared
automatically and any discrepancies checked and corrected. We maintain a complete audit trail for all data
entry. All our data entry professionals are highly trained and many are graduates. Where the information
is received in a format that requires re-inputting, we will need to make a small charge.

The Homepages Plus Service
The Homepages Plus Service allows you to maximise your impact on the Internet.
Full details of all your properties will be included on the Homepages website,
which is rapidly becoming ‘The property section of the Internet’. For each
property we will show the following details:
- Your logo, with links to your contact details and your own web site
- Location and photo of the property
- Price, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and reception rooms
- 3 'star' points and a short descriptive paragraph.
A link takes them to view the full and complete property details taken straight
from your paperwork or computer system. You can include upto 5 photographs and
up to ten pages of text.
If you have your own website, you will know that it’s time-consuming and difficult
to keep it up-to-date with all your properties. A key feature of Homepages Plus is
that you can use the Homepages database to provide the information for your own
website - we do the management for you. Your site, with your own distinctive look
and feel, will show all your properties, but the data is provided directly from the
Homepages database.
Additional features of the Homepages Plus service:
- Customisable results to appear as part of your web site with your look and feel
- An automatic notification to you, via fax (or E-mail) when a homebuyer registers
interest in a one of your properties, within minutes, giving name, address and
telephone number
- Your own web page, if you don’t already have one
- A search facility to search through just your portfolio of properties
- All visits to the site will be logged, and we will provide reports on the number
of visits to your pages and to each of your properties
