About us
Homepages is an independent information service that is
provided free of charge to consumers. We collect information on properties for sale
from third parties. We make this information available to you solely in order to
help you identify properties in respect of which you wish to obtain further details.
Homepages is not an estate agency and is therefore not
subject to the regulations governing members of The National Association of Estate
Agents (NAEA). Homepages does not act as agent for or
represent any Property Owner, Vendor or Estate Agent.
Disclaimer
Whilst Homepages uses all reasonable endeavors to ensure
the accuracy of our ddatabase, we are to a large extent reliant on information
provided by third parties and cannot therefore warranty the accuracy, reliability
and completeness of the information held. Please take note of the following:
- Properties listed in Homepages may have been
withdrawn from sale or a sale may have already been agreed. There may be a
period of time between any withdrawal from sale/sale of the property and the
time we are notified of such a change and are able to update Homepages.
- You should not rely on the accuracy of the description or the price of
properties within Homepages. You should consult the
appropriate Estate Agent for a formal description of the property and confirmation
of the asking price, although you can request this through our site.
- For the security of the Vendor, it is a condition of use that all
communications in respect of a property should be conducted solely through
the relevant Estate Agent except in the case of a property clearly marked "Direct Sale".
You must not make any approaches directly to the Vendor without the express
permission of the Estate Agent.
- Homepages contains an extensive database of
properties, but is not a complete listing of all properties for sale in a given area.
- Homepages allows you to communicate with certain
Estate Agents free of charge. This service is dependent on a number of factors
which are beyond our control, such as the availability of the Internet. We
cannot guarantee timely delivery of such communication, and do not accept
responsibility for any failure or delay in passing on your communication.
Use
You may use Homepages for your own private,
non-professional use only. You may not use, and you must ensure that no other
person uses the information supplied by us to you for resale, redistribution
or for any other commercial use.

Homepages shall be limited to the amounts, if any,
paid by you to Homepages and that you shall not be
otherwise liable with the sole exception that no exclusion of liability is
claimed if death or personal injury arises from the negligence of
